The original Squarespace site was dated—light on SEO content, lacking strong calls to action, and not clearly showcasing services. No booking flow was in place. While their services are remote, their local market strength in Dallas wasn’t emphasized, leading to missed SEO opportunities.

Result

In just 3 months, Pencil Inc. saw a 178% increase in organic search traffic. Contact forms were being used, bounce rates dropped, and more users engaged with service pages. GA4 and position tracking showed major improvements in visibility and traffic quality—especially from Dallas. These foundational improvements continue to drive lead quality today.
